I’m Jennie — Nutritionist, Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and founder of WorkLife Health.

With a background in senior HR, a deep respect for the nervous system, and a straight-talking approach to nutrition, I help smart, midlife women feel well in their bodies again — with steadier energy, calmer days and confidence that actually lasts.

Most of the women who find me aren't confused about food. They're overwhelmed by life.

They can do the meal plans, the step counts, the clean eating weeks. But they're still exhausted at 3pm, still swinging between 'on it' and 'what's the point', still not quite at home in their own bodies.

Not because they're lacking discipline. Because they've been working on the surface when the real work is underneath.

That's where I work.

I bring this same whole-person approach into corporate
spaces — helping teams boost energy, reduce burnout, and
improve wellbeing in ways that are actually sustainable.
