The programme

Seven phases. Four months. Work that actually gets under the surface so you stop starting over.

Content drips to you phase by phase — so you're never overwhelmed. You'll move through each stage with clarity, support, and space to actually integrate what you're learning into your real life.

Phase 1 — Awaken: Understanding what's actually going on with your body and brain in midlife — so you can stop blaming yourself and start working with your biology, not against it.

Phase 2 — Stabilise: Blood sugar, energy, sleep and stress foundations — practical, doable shifts that calm your system and give you your baseline back.

Phase 3 — Release: Emotional eating, cravings, self-soothing with food and drink — understanding the role they're playing and learning new ways to meet those needs.

Phase 4 — Uncover: Going deeper into the beliefs, patterns and stories that keep you stuck in all-or-nothing thinking — so you can create space for something different.

Phase 5 — Recode: Identity-level work. Learning to see yourself differently so your choices, habits and boundaries come from a new place — not from forcing and willpower.

Phase 6 — Nourish Deeper: Integration. Building meals, routines and rhythms that feel like they actually belong to you — and that work in the real life you have.

Phase 7 — Rise: Becoming the woman who does this differently now. Solidifying your new identity, habits and nervous system capacity — so this lasts far beyond the four months.
